When Your Dreams Don’t Come True

2 Samuel 15:13-30 & Luke 22:39-44

2.What Do We Do When Our Dreams Don’t/Can’t Come True?

a.At age 22, David’s ____________ were undermined by King Saul.

b.At age 52, David undermined his ____________ dreams.

c.David allows the ____________ to break him. But ____________ always comes packaged with a consequence.

d.David ____________ to abandon the throne to save the city.

4.My Commitment…

I, ____________________, may lose MY plans and dreams, but I will not lose MY confidence in God. I will not abandon God even when it appears, God has abandoned me. Like David, I will proclaim…
